Feinstein's/54 Below will present the Jonathan Larson Award-winning music-drama The Screams of Kitty Genovese, last seen at New York's prestigious Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF).
As previously announced, Feinstein's/54 Below and the acclaimed Second Act Series will present the short-lived musical sequel Bring Back Birdie in concert for one performances only. The Second Act Series will welcome Broadway's Lenora Nemetz (Gypsy, The Rink, Chicago) to the company as Rose Peterson, Albert's beleaguered but devoted wife. Nemetz is no stranger to the role of Rose after touring in Bye, Bye, Birdie opposite Tommy Tune in 1991.

As previously announced, Feinstein's/54 Below will present the haunting oratorio The Screams of Kitty Genovese in a one-night-only concert presentation. The Wednesday, October 11th, 9:30pm performance will star Sheri Sanders in a role she originated at NYMF more than 10 years ago. She will be joined by Broadway's Lori Brown MIrabal (Show Boat, Bubblin' Brown Sugar) as Frannie.

The Tuesday, June 27th, 7:00pm and 9:30pm concerts will celebrate Nancy Ford's beautiful score and Gretchen Cryer's fascinating and timely book.
