Almeida Theatre Announces THE TURN OF THE SCREW Casting

Lindsay Posner returns to the Almeida to direct Rebecca Lenkiewicz' new stage adaptation of Henry James' The Turn of the Screw from 18 January - 16 March 2013, with press night on 24 January. The cast comprises Caroline Bartleet (a woman), Laurence Belcher (Miles), Eoin Geoghegan (a man), Gemma Jones (Mrs. Grose), Anna Madeley (The Governess), Orlando Wells (Sackville) and Isabella Blake, Emilia Jones and Lucy Morton who will alternate the role of Flora. The Turn of the Screw is sponsored by Pinsent Masons LLP.

THE HEIRESS' Jessica Chastain & Dan Stevens Visit GMA & THE VIEW Tomorrow

The Heiress' Jessica Chastain & Dan Stevens will appear on ABC's "Good Morning America" tomorrow, Thursday, September 8th between 8:30AM-9:00AM on channel 7. Jessica Chastain will also appear on ABC's "The View" tomorrow between 11:00AM-12 noon on channel 7. Check local listings.

THE HEIRESS Opens Tonight; Runs Through February 10

Opening night is tonight for the new Broadway production of The Heiress. The Heiress stars Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain as Catherine Sloper, Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner David Strathairn as Dr. Austin Sloper, the leading man of "Downton Abbey" Dan Stevens as Morris Townsend and Tony Award winner Judith Ivey as Lavinia Penniman. Written by Ruth & Augustus Goetz, The Heiress is directed by two-time Tony Award nominated playwright and director Moises Kaufman.

Lindsay Posner returns to the Almeida to direct Rebecca Lenkiewicz' new stage adaptation of Henry James' The Turn of the Screw from 18 January - 16 March 2013, with press night on 24 January. Designs are by Peter McKintosh with lighting by Tim Mitchell and sound by John Leonard. Casting for The Turn of the Screw will be announced shortly. The Turn of the Screw is presented in Association with Act Productions Limited, Sonia Friedman Productions and Hammer Theatre of Horror.

THE HEIRESS to Begin Previews Early on 10/6; Box Office Now Open!

The producers of the Broadway production of the Academy and Tony Award winning play The Heiress have just announced that the box office at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W. 48th St. NYC) is now open and preview performances will begin one day earlier on Saturday, October 6 at 8 p.m.
