The ABT JKO School will give two performances, Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26 at 7 : 00 P.M. Students of the ABT JKO School's Pre - Professional Division will perform excerpts from August Bournonville's La Sylphide and original choreography from ABT JKO School faculty members Harriet Clark, Fabrice Herrault and Mikhail Ilyin. Netflix hosted it's worst premiere this evening, asking guests to avert their eyes as they debuted Season 2 of A Series of Unfortunate Events at the Metrograph in New York City. Unsuspecting patrons were treated to abominable treats and fanfare, all poorly themed to the latest season, where they sipped on aqueous martinis (consisting merely of cold water with an olive on top, served in a fancy glass) and enjoyed art deco decor. Talent in attendance included the dastardly Count Olaf who dared to disguise himself as Neil Patrick Harris, newly minted cast member Allison Williams, and fan favorites Patrick Warburton, Sara Rue, Lucy Punch, K. Todd Freeman, Malina Weissman, and Louis Hynes among other unspectacular Season 2 stars.

The centennial of renowned American composer Leonard Bernstein is celebrated throughout the National Philharmonic's 2018-2019 concert series at The Music Center at Strathmore. Little Edie & The Marble Faun is a mash-up of Grey Gardens, the documentary about the reclusive, half-mad relatives of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (Little Edie, and her mother, Big Edie), who live in a decrepit, raccoon-infested mansion, and Nathaniel Hawthorne's last novel, The Marble Faun, a name Little Edie used to refer to her handyman, Jerry. In the Hawthorne novel, we meet Miriam, Donatello, and a stranger, who threatens their happy existence with a secret from Miriam's past.
