Broadway In Chicago is thrilled to announce its next season will go on sale to the public this Sunday, September 23. The season includes: A BRONX TALE, ANASTASIA, CATS and Tony Award-winning COME FROM AWAY, FALSETTOS and A BAND'S VISIT.

You know her from her triumphant Tony Award-winning role as Heidi Hansen in the Broadway phenomenon Dear Evan Hansen. On Saturday, November 17, Jones will take audiences on an expansive musical journey at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre's sixth annual Tony Award winner benefit concert series

Edinburgh's theatre fans are spoilt for choice this season with a brilliant line-up of shows heading for the city's historic Playhouse between now and Christmas.

Some shows move you. Some shows run a chill up your spine. Some shows leave makeup and tears streaming down your face. This was my experience sitting in the intimate Circle in the Square Theatre, where 'Fun Home' premiered on Broadway in 2015 after an Off-Broadway run in 2013. More than three years later I experienced the same rush of emotions at Smithtown Performing Arts Center's production.

Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) will host its annual benefit to support BAC's programs on Monday, October 1, 2018, in the Jerome Robbins Theater and Howard Gilman Performance Space (450 W. 37th Street, Manhattan).

Washington National Opera opens its 2018-2019 season with a stunning new production by WNO Artistic Director Francesca Zambello of Verdi's La traviata, October 6-21, 2018, in the Kennedy Center Opera House. Tickets start at $45. From the famous brindisi drinking song to the heartbreaking 'Addio del passato' aria, the original 'Pretty Woman' proves it's better to have loved once than not at all. Verdi's romantic masterpiece and familiar tunes are as timeless as the storyline is contemporary, pitting tensions of social class against Violetta's personal sacrifice.

Pigs Do Fly Productions' production of The Ladies Foursome played to consistently full houses when it ran at Empire Stage last March.  The show was such a success that the company's founder and Executive Producer, Ellen Wacher decided to bring 'the ladies' back onto the golf course and let them swing their way through another round!   The show will run from October 4th through October 21st - once again at Empire Stage in Fort Lauderdale.

'Brick City,' a world premiere play, is now being performed at Premiere Stages on the Kean University campus now through September 23. Written by Nicole Pandolfo and Directed by Jessi D. Hill, it is a thought-provoking and important show. With excellent staging and a top-notch cast, the production captivates.

11th Hour Theatre Company brings its consistently sold out concert series back home and as the series begins its 2018-2019 season it has grown. 11th Hour's Next Step Concert Series is now set to run over two weekends. They begin their season with a concert performance of Grey Gardens. Grey Gardens features Music by Scott Frankel, Lyrics by Michael Korie and a Book by Doug Wright. 11th Hour Theatre Company Associate Artistic Director and Co-Founder Steve Pacek directs.  Amanda Morton is the Music Director. Grey Gardens runs October 6-14. The McAninch Arts Center, located at 425 Fawell Blvd. on the campus of College of DuPage, is pleased to present the world premiere of "The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation Live!", a new live stage version of the two-time Emmy Award-winning television show, "The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation," in advance of the show's national tour. Adapted and directed by Griffin Theatre Company Artistic Director William Massolia,"The Henry Ford's Innovation Nation Live!" will bring to life the world-changing innovations featured in the television show and preserved in the museum's archives.  

Firehouse Theater Company is thrilled to present the regional premiere of Love Alone. Performances will be October 13 through November 10, 2018 with shows Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 PM, plus Sunday matinees at 2:00 PM. There is much to celebrate as Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater heads into its 60th Anniversary season entitled Ailey Ascending. In addition to an unparalleled New York City Center holiday season November 28th - December 30th, the organization will honor and carry forward Alvin Ailey's pioneering legacy through a variety of exciting programs and events, including a two-weekend Choreography Unlocked festival of performance, conversation and master classes; rare discussions and legacy panels at partner institutions throughout New York City; and more.

Ben Nordstrom and Kari Ely will play opposite one another in "Into the Breeches!," the headlining production of Shakespeare Festival St. Louis' new program titled, In the Works, set for Oct. 28 through Nov. 24, at the Grandel Theatre. Written by George Brant and directed by Nancy Bell, the month-long, ticketed production is the culmination of the Festival's 2018 season.

Derren Litten's smash hit ITV comedy BENIDORM is set to bring sunshine and smiles to the UK and Ireland as the first ever stage version of the ITV comedy marks its world premiere at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle from Today 7th September 2018. The show will be produced for the stage by Michael Harrison and David Ian.

The play DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER is running from September 7 to September 23 as the opening show of Anchorage Community Theatre's 65th season. 

Florida Repertory Theatre is proud to announce bestselling author, Alan Gratz, and Broadway playwright, Eric Coble, will be in residence on September 15 for a performance and post-show discussion of Coble's world-premiere adaptation of Gratz's acclaimed novel, "Refugee."

Pegasus Theatre Chicago announces its production of Eclipsed, written by Danai Gurira and directed by Producing Artistic Director Ilesa Duncan, October 4 - November 4 at Pegasus's resident home Chicago Dramatists, 773 N. Aberdeen. Opening night is Monday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. The performance schedule is Thursdays - Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. with added Saturday 3 p.m. or Sunday 7:00 p.m. performances (TBD).
