The album is an outgrowth of shows celebrating Berlin that Deffaa has been presenting at his base in New York, the 13th Street Theater. Given her distinguished career that includes such significant works at PAINTING CHURCHES, COASTAL DISTURBANCES and PRIDE'S CROSSING, a new play by Tina Howe is certainly a noteworthy event.

Theatre 167 is thrilled to announce that Singing Beach, the latest work by renowned playwright Tina Howe, will have its world premiere at HERE Mainstage (HERE Arts Center, 145 Sixth Avenue) beginning Saturday, July 22, 2017.

As previously announced, Broadway's Finding Neverland, the magical story of how Peter became Pan, will soon be leaving the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 46th Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue), sailing off August 21, 2016 for a First National U.S. Tour and forthcoming 2017 West End production.

The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016, continuing this Thursday, July 14 (12:30pm) on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11. This year's 106.7 LITE FM'S Broadway in Bryant Park is presented by New York-Presbyterian for Kids and TKTS Discount Ticketing Booth.

The 2016 KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY National Ambassadors Kelli O'Hara and Marlee Matlin just announced that the 20th Kids' Night on Broadway will take place in New York City on Tuesday, February 9th, 2016, BroadwayWorld has confirmed. BroadwayWorld has confirmed that beginning Tuesday, November 3, the new hit musical, Finding Neverland, will change its performance schedule by adding a Sunday evening performance, which will replace the current Wednesday evening performance.

After today's news that Carolee Carmello will be reprising her role as 'Mae Tuck' in the Broadway run of TUCK EVERLASTING, the actress took to Twitter to assuage fans' fears of her imminent departure from Finding Neverland.

BroadwayWorld has just learned  that Broadway veteran Terrence Mann (Beauty and the Beast, Les Miserable) will take over the roles of "Charles Frohman" and "Captain Hook" in the smash hit musical Finding Neverland beginning Tuesday, September 29. Anthony Warlow, Neverland's current Frohman/Hook, will play his final performance on Sunday, September 27.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Broadway and Australian stage vet Anthony Warlow, who is currently starring  as 'Charles Frohman' and 'Captain Hook' in FINDING NEVERLAND, will remain in the show longer than expected. Warlow, who was previously sceduled to end his run on September 13, will continue through September 27.
