The King's Head Theatre has announced the full lineup for its Pride fundraiser, OUTINGS, with performances on June 7, 9, 14, and 21.

This summer will see the inaugural StoryFest held at the National Youth Theatre’s RIBA award-winning headquarters in North London. A month-long festival that demonstrates the NYT’s commitment to championing new work from emerging talent, many of whom are alumni of the NYT themselves. 

The King’s Head Theatre has announced the shows that will be playing at the theatre this June during Pride month 2024, both at the venue’s new purpose built 200-seat Main House, and the intimate and versatile 50-seat 4Below space.

The world premiere staged reading of Belly of the Beast by Saana Sze, winner of the 2022 ETPEP Award, plays for one night at the multi-award-winning Finborough Theatre on Saturday, 15 April 2023 at 7.30pm.

The cast has been announced for Hull-based company Middle Child’s UK tour of Modest, starting at Hull Truck Theatre and heading across the UK, landing at Kiln Theatre, London in the summer.  Made in collaboration with Manchester-based artist-led company Milk Presents, Modest brings you Elizabeth Thompson, the megastar of the Victorian art scene, in a riotous, empowering new show starring the UK’s hottest drag king talent. 

John Haidar’s production of Hamlet ... is a briskly modern piece which fizzes with primal urges, adding a new lens to a a familiar text. Very accessible to those new to the play, and a thoughtful treatment for those who know the plot well, this Hamlet is a 'palpable hit'.
