A SPINE-tingling thriller about a family's secret will soon be exposed at Melville Theatre, exploring the thin line between fantasy, reality and madness.

As the fiftieth anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising brings the state of LGBTQ+ rights in America to the forefront of the national conversation, Princeton Summer Theater will open its 2019 Season on June 20 with William Finn and James Lapine's timeless and timely Falsettos, directed by PST Artistic Director Daniel Krane.

In an airy rehearsal room on the Princeton University campus, a group of students and recent graduates stare down a baseball diamond they leap, cheer, and curse the umpire-or at least that's what they're pretending to do as they conclude the fourth day of rehearsals for William Finn and James Lapine's Falsettos, the opening production of Princeton Summer Theater's 2019 Season.

In its current iteration at Don Bluth Front Row Theatre in Scottsdale, Ira Levin's masterpiece thriller, DEATHTRAP, craftily directed by Lee Cooley and featuring killer performances by Jim Coates and James Gerardi, ticks and tocks like clockwork, with characteristic twists of plot, heightened by a superb cast, making for a riveting and thoroughly enjoyable production. Runs through June 29th.

Today Daniel Krane, artistic director of Princeton Summer Theater, announced the organization's 2019 season, which will run from June 20-August 18 and consist of four mainstage productions, as well as the world premiere of a new children's play.

Bergen County Players (BCP) continues its 86th season with Veronica's Room, written by Ira Levin and directed by Ellyn Essig. Veronica's Room runs February 16th through March 9th, with curtain at 8 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 pm on Sundays. All performances will take place at the Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell. At the opening of the 2018-2019 season production of The Legend of Georgia McBride, Garden Theatre's Artistic Director Rob Winn Anderson took the stage to announce the Garden's 2019-2020 season. Current subscribers can renew their subscriptions immediately. New subscriptions start at $90 and go on sale March 19. Single tickets go on sale May 8, 2019.

Just in time for Halloween...The Belmont Theatre will present the perfect Halloween entertainment with the psychological thriller VERONICA'S ROOM, by Ira Levin, in the Bon-Ton Studio October 19-21 & 25-28. Friday, Saturday and the second Thursday shows are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday shows are at 3:00 p.m.

Inland Valley Repertory Theater company (IVRT) is pleased to conclude the 2018 Season with Ira Levin's 1978 DEATHTRAP, which is known as a play with many plot twists or 'a play within a play.' DEATHTRAP holds the record for the longest-running comedy-thriller on Broadway and was nominated for four Tony Awards. The production will run October 24 through November 6 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Candlelight Pavilion in Claremont.

Just in time for the Halloween season, Arena Dinner Theatre brings back a creepy old theatrical thriller, 'Veronica's Room.' Written by Ira Levin, who also wrote 'Rosemary's Baby,' the 1973 play has an early '70s horror vibe that isn't seen onstage much these days. But given audience reactions on opening night and at the preview performance, maybe it should.

Director Rene Staub's production of the Bernstein and Sondheim classic has packed the house at the Belmont main stage.
