Kinky Boots announced today that Tyler Glenn (lead singer of the multi-platinum rock band, Neon Trees) will take over the role of "Charlie Price" in the Tony Award®-winning musical Kinky Boots.

Previews begin tonight, Tuesday April 10, at the Curran theatre (445 Geary Street) for Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's- the most successful female rock band of all time.

Kinky Boots, the winner of every major Best Musical award, is coming to Glasgow next year.

Megyn Kelly TODAY welcomes Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein, who talk about teaming up on the Tony-winning Broadway musical “Kinky Boots,” now marking five years on Broadway. Lauper reminisces about iconic hits like “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” and “True Colors,” which is now the name of her fund for LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness.

Kinky Boots producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig are thrilled to announce today that the hit musical Kinky Boots celebrates its five-year anniversary on Broadway on Wednesday, April 4 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th St.) . The winner of six 2013 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Kinky Boots features a Tony Award-winning score by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein, direction and choreography by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell.

As BroadwayWorld reported last year, the heir of French playwright Marcelle Maurette sued playwright Terrence McNally and the producers of the Broadway hit Anastasia for plagiarizing material from the 1952 play. Jean-Etienne de Becdelievre claimed that 20th Century Fox licensed the play for its 1956 and 1997 films, but not for stage productions.

Beginning tonight, March 27th, Zach Adkins will assume the role of 'Dmitry' in the hit Broadway musical Anastasia. Adkins is an original member of the Broadway company, currently appearing on stage at the Broadhurst Theatre in the ensemble.

The team over at Anastasia have dropped a brand-new music video featuring their star, Christy Altomare performing a new number from the musical, titled 'In My Dreams.' Check out the video below!

The producers of the upcoming new Broadway musical comedy, Gettin' The Band Back Together, have announced that Kelli Barrett, Becca Kotte, Garth Kravits, Manu Narayan, and Noa Solorio have joined the cast as Dani, Tawney, Ritchie, Dr. Rummesh 'Robbie' Patel, and Billie respectively. The ensemble will include Ryan Duncan, J. Elaine Marcos, Rob Marnell, Jasmin Richardson, and Tad Wilson.

Celebrating ANASTASIA's first anniversary on Broadway, producers today announce the official North American tour will begin performances in Schenectady (Proctors Theatre) this October before visiting over 30 cities in its first year including Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, San Francisco, with additional cities to be announced this spring. Broadway stars Phillip Boykin, Quentin Earl Darrington, Hailey Kilgore, Kenita R. Following universal critical acclaim, and a sold-out run at the Young Vic, producers Sonia Friedman Productions, Tom Kirdahy and Hunter Arnold are delighted to announce the West End transfer of the National Theatre and Young Vic co-production with Good Chance Theatre of Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson's The Jungle, directed by Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin. The production is set in Europe's largest unofficial refugee camp, the Calais Jungle, which in 2015, became a temporary home for more than 10,000 people. The upcoming Broadway run of Gettin' The Band Back Together has announced that TV legend and Broadway veteran Marilu Henner has been cast as 'Mitch's Mom,' aka Sharon Papadopolous.

Producers Eva Price and Sucker Love Productions have announced that actor, singer and television personality FRANKIE J. GRANDE will step into the role of Blaine Tuttle in CRUEL INTENTIONS - the new musical nightlife experience based on Roger Kumble's 1999 cult-hit film, now playing at downtown hotspot (le) Poisson Rouge (158 Bleecker Street). Grande joins the cast on Sunday, March 18.
