Dallas Theater Center presents the world premiere of CLARKSTON this winter. Written by 2014 MacArthur Foundation Fellow Samuel D. Hunter, one of the most provocative new voices in American theater, and directed by Davis McCallum, CLARKSTON begins with previews tonight, December 3 at 7:30 p.m. with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through Sunday, January 31.

Clutch productions has announced that it will present EVERY GOOD GIRL DESERVES FUN - AND OTHER MISREMEMBERED THINGS, a new dark comedy written by Heidi Armbruster about prolonged adolescence running into early onset Alzheimer's, from December 2nd through December 20th at Walkerspace, 46 Walker Street, in Manhattan.

SPACE on Ryder Farm - a one-of-a-kind residency program for artists and innovators housed on the oldest operating farm in Putnam County - has opened their application process for the 2016 season as of today, November 9th, 2015. The deadline for submissions is Friday, January 15th, 2016.

New Georges will present a revival reading of its 2008 hit show HILLARY: A MODERN GREEK TRAGEDY WITH A (SOMEWHAT) HAPPY ENDING by Wendy Weiner and directed by Julie Kramer, as part of The Spree, a progressive festivity to benefit New Georges. The special one night only benefit reading will take place on Monday, September 28 at Five Angels Theatre at the 52nd  Street Project (789 10th Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets). The reading will be at 7:30pm, with pre-show cocktails beginning at 6pm. Tickets ($25-$100) are available online at www.newgeorges.org.  

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o and several other celebrities joined the cast of INFORMED CONSENT to celebrate their opening night on August 18, 2015. 

Orange is the New Black mainstay cast member Todd Susman, who plays Harold Bloom, father of series lead Larry Biggs in the Netflix hit, helms the casting of this new drama along with Tony Award nominee Jonathan C. Gingold Theatrical Group's PROJECT SHAW just presented the 1912 one-act comedy OVERRULED, last night at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2895 Broadway at 95th St.). Overruled starred Robert Cuccioli (Mr. Lunn), Heidi Armbruster(Mrs. Lunn), Alison Cimmet (Mrs. Juno), Dan Butler (Mr. Juno), in which two couples are determined to find romance...but not with each other. GTG's Founding Artistic Director David Staller directs.

New York's home for the Classics announces its inaugural exploration of what modern language brings to timeless stories. With 12 days of readings and discussions, The Pearl's Resident Acting Company and three contemporary playwrights will investigate the power of language, the fortitude of classic stories, and the tricky role of the adapter in tackling these often-told tales.

'Stone', a new play by David Wiltse (A MARRIAGE MINUET, SEDITION), will have a reading Jan 13 at the Playwrights Theatre of New Jersey.

Agatha Christie's classic whodunit, 'The Mousetrap,' will be presented as a Script in Hand playreading at Westport Country Playhouse, on Monday, December 15, at 7 p.m. Director is Anne Keefe, Playhouse associate artist and curator of the playreading series. Tickets are $15 each.
