Broadway Dallas and Broadway Across America (BAA) has announced that tickets for the history-making production of To Kill a Mockingbird are on sale now for the premiere Dallas engagement at the Music Hall at Fair Park from May 16-28, as part of the Germania Insurance Broadway Series presented by Broadway Dallas.

Court Theatre to Present Spotlight Reading Series Featuring Works by Sonia Sanchez

Directed by Bartlett Sher, the characters are fleshed out, a little more flawed than I remember. The children are played by adults, narrated with more self-awareness. It doesn't feel like nearly 3 hours of theatre.

The complete cast is announced for the First National Tour of the history-making production of To Kill a Mockingbird, Academy Award winner Aaron Sorkin's new play, directed by Tony winner Bartlett Sher and based on Harper Lee's classic novel. The production is scheduled to play a multi-year national tour across North America that will include a two week run in St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre February 28 – March 12.

Broadway in Hollywood has announced a $29 student rush for all remaining performances of Harper Lee's TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD at Hollywood Pantages Theatre. Performances are now through Sunday, November 27th. Performance times are Tue – Fri at 8pm, 2pm & 8pm on Saturday, and 1pm & 6:30pm on Sunday. Thanksgiving week show schedule: Tue Nov 22nd at 8pm, Wed Nov 23rd at 2pm & 8pm, Fri Nov 25th at 2pm & 8pm, Sat Nov 26th at 2pm & 8pm, and Sun Nov 27th at 1pm.

The national tour of Aaron Sorkin’s reimagining of Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird has settled in at the Pantages, running through November 27, 2022. Bartlett Sher directs a stellar cast led by Richard Thomas as Atticus Finch. In one of the pivotal roles, Melanie Moore (as Scout Finch) breaks the fourth wall periodically to also act as narrator to this classic story. I had the opportunity to feed a few queries to Melanie.
