The world's tastiest new musical will have its premiere this winter in NYC. The Chocolate Show!, arriving just in time for Valentine's Day, will begin performances on Saturday, February 1 with an official opening night set for Friday, February 14 at the 47th Street Theatre, 304 West 47th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues. Featuring book and music by Alan Golub & Laura Goldfader, lyrics by Mr. Golub, The Chocolate Show! is directed by Dan Foster, choreographed by Grady McLeod Bowman and under the music direction of Jeffrey Klitz, who also provided the musical arrangements and orchestrations. Tickets for The Chocolate Show! are $39.50 - $59.50 and can be arranged online at www.ticketcentral.com or by calling 212.279.4200 or at the TicketCentral Box Office located at 416 West 42nd Street. The 47th Street Theatre box office (304 West 47th Street) will open one hour before each performance.
The hit run of HONEYMOON IN VEGAS, which opened to a great set of reviews at Paper Mill Playhouse, has already played its final performance in New Jersey, but is Broadway next? Most-likely. The show has been billed as 'Broadway-Bound' since day one, and the rave reviews from New York's critics make it a safe bet that we'll see it on the Great White Way, sooner rather than later. Broadway's WONDERLAND played its final performance this Sunday, May 15 at 3pm at the Marquis Theatre in front of a packed house including many Broadway notables. The show played 31 previews and 33 regular performances. WONDERLAND began previews Monday, March 21 and opened Sunday, April 17. The production will play a National tour. As we first reported earlier, at the curtain call the show's love story mixed with real life, as Darren Ritchie, who played Jack the White Knight proposed to his co-star, Janet Dacal, who played Alice. Darren proposed to Janet on stage right after the curtain call with the entire audience in the house. Janet screamed 'I said yes!' In the audience, there were tears of joy mixed with the sadness for the show closing. Now, the first videos are making their way onto YouTube!

Broadway's WONDERLAND is the new musical inspired by the classic fairy tale 'Alice in Wonderland.' Karen Mason, who plays the Queen of Hearts, and three of her ladies in waiting -- Natalie Hill, Morgan James, and Kate Loprest -- perform on the Good Day stage.
Broadway's WONDERLAND will offer a series of Talkbacks for all audience members May 10 through 12. Composer Frank Wildhorn will lead the Talkback after the performance on Tuesday, May 10; Karen Mason (The Queen of Hearts) and Kate Shindle (The Mad Hatter) will lead the one after the evening performance on Wednesday, May 11, and Janet Dacal (Alice) and Darren Ritchie (Jack, the White Knight) will lead the one after the performance on Thursday, May 12. WONDERLAND is now playing at the Marquis Theatre on Broadway at 46th Street. Each night, the panelists will answer questions from the audience and will talk about WONDERLAND's journey to Broadway.
