City Winery Chicago, 1200 W. Randolph St, presents a star-studded celebration for legendary American author, activist and thinker Langston Hughes' 115th birthday on Wednesday, February 1 at 8:00 p.m. which is also the first day of Black History Month. Performances include readings of poetry by Hughes plus music that he wrote, inspired and/or enjoyed.

Goodman Theatre Artistic Director Robert Falls announced today that his longtime creative collaborator, Artistic Associate and Producer Steve Scott, will direct the theater's production of Eugene O'Neill's Ah, Wilderness! this spring.
