Miller Theatre at Columbia University School of the Arts continues its 2022-23 Composer Portraits series with Øyvind Torvund.

On Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 7:30pm and Sunday, February, 12, 2023 at 2:00pm, the La Jolla Symphony will present Armenian-American composer and documentarian Mary Kouyoumdjian's Walking with Ghosts for bass clarinet solo and orchestra at UC San Diego.

La MaMa will present the world premiere of Betsy by award-winning choreographer Neil Greenberg. A proper noun, a subject that does and performs, Betsy is a new dance exploring the phenomenon of performance itself. Performances will take place November 12–14.

New York-based percussion and piano quartet Yarn/Wire gives the world premiere performance of Parallel Prints by Marcel Zaes at The Stone on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 8:30pm.
