DANCE! at the Odyssey 2018 Odyssey Theatre Ensemble celebrates the art of dance with its second annual mini-festival.

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage in Santa Monica and The Speakeasy Society present the world premiere of WILD PARTY: A Jazz Age Immersive Experience on Saturday, February 3 at 6:00pm and 9:00pm. This special event is part of The Broad Stage's 10th Season Celebration programming and funds raised will help sustain The Broad Stage's programming, operations and student education and community initiatives.

The clever, funny and hilarious new musical Desperate Measures, with book and lyrics by Peter Kellogg (Anna Karenina) and music by David Friedman (Scandalous), presented by The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Executive Director), in association with Pat Flicker Addiss and Cecilia Lin& Hu Guo, celebrated its 100th performance yesterday afternoon, December 28! While most audiences are familiar with Neil Simon's classic 1965 script, not many realize he wrote an updated version 20 years later for a specifically female cast. Kathleen Somssich and Genevieve Aichele star as the mismatched Florence Unger and Olive Madison in this endearing and high-spirited classic comedy. Instead of the poker party that begins the original version, Ms. Madison has invited the girls over for a game of Trivial Pursuit (and Mr. Simon gets more mileage out of those real 1980's Trivial Pursuit questions than we ever thought possible!) The upstairs Pidgeon sisters neighbors are replaced by the hilarious Constanzuela brothers, two 'classy Spanish gentlemen in double-breasted suits.' The Odd Couple - Female Version is a perfect opportunity to warm up the midwinter with laughter and friendship.

The 2017 awards honor productions which opened between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017. Nominations were completely reader-submitted and after the nomination period ended October 31, BroadwayWorld's local editors proofed the list for eligibility and errors.

The London stage production of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS will be heading to movie theaters worldwide in 2018. Trafalgar Releasing has acquired the theatrical rights to the West End musical, which trasnferred from Broadway after picking up four Tony Awards.

The Royals showrunner, Mark Schwahn has been officially fired after a number of women came forward to accuse Schwahn of sexual harassment on the set of the E! drama, as well as his show, One Tree Hill.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre is proud to present Office Hour by playwright Julia Cho and directed by Berkeley Rep's associate director, Lisa Peterson. A co-production with Long Wharf Theatre, Office Hour begins previews on Thursday, February 22 and runs through Sunday, March 25. MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) today announced the complete cast for the third show of its 2017-18 season: the World Premiere of Relevance, written by JC Lee ( How to Get Away With Murder, Looking ) with direction by Tony Award nominee Liesl Tommy (Eclipsed).

Tony nominee Norm Lewis returns to Feinstein's/54 Below with his third holiday show from December 18 - 23. All shows are at 9:30pm. Each evening will feature special guest stars from Broadway and beyond.
