AMC released today a series of new action-packed images from the highly-anticipated fifth season of “Fear the Walking Dead,” premiering Sunday, June 2 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

The Paley Center for Media today announced the initial group of talent who will be participating in PaleyFest LA 2019, which takes place March 15-24, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. AMC's “The Walking Dead” will return for the second half of season nine on Sunday, February 10 at 9:00 p.m. ET/ PT as announced by Chris Hardwick on last night's “Talking Dead.”  Hardwick also revealed that the season three premiere of “Ride with Norman Reedus” will air at midnight that same evening.

AMC has announced the first projects in development from Chief Content Officer Scott M. Gimple for The Walking Dead Universe. A series of AMC Studios Original Films, starring Andrew Lincoln and written by Gimple, are planned to continue the story of Rick Grimes, with the first expected to begin production as early as 2019.

Amazon Prime Video today announced its lineup for New York Comic Con 2018. The panels feature highly-anticipated new Prime Original series Good Omens and The Boys, as well as returning favorites The Man in the High Castle and Lore. Cast and creators participating in the panels include Neil Gaiman, showrunner of Good Omens along with series stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant; The Man in the High Castle executive producer Isa Dick Hackett along with cast members; Gale Anne Hurd, executive producer of Lore; and Eric Kripke showrunner of The Boys. Cast and creators will also participate in press rooms and autograph signings.

The cast and producers of AMC's hit scripted series “The Walking Dead,” “Fear the Walking Dead” and “Preacher” will return to this year's Comic-Con in San Diego, CA. AMC's Emmy®-nominated series “Better Call Saul” will also make its Comic-Con debut alongside a reunion panel for “Breaking Bad” in celebration of the Emmy® Award-winning drama's 10-year anniversary.

MTV today announced the launch of MTV Studios, a new unit focused on developing new series and re-imaginations of its most iconic hits for partners across SVOD and Linear. MTV Studios will develop and produce a full slate with a focus on beloved series, franchises and spin-offs that span MTV's 35-year history. With over 200 titles, MTV Studios has one of the largest libraries of young adult series and franchises in TV history.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jon Bernthal is set to return to THE WALKING DEAD for season 9. The news comes after Andrew Lincoln announced his exit from the AMC series a few weeks back.
