PAGEANT - THE MUSICAL COMEDY BEAUTY CONTEST returns for the first time to the New York stage in more than twenty years. The show will run each Monday night in February, with performances on February 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Red Lacquer Club, home of Lucky Cheng's - 240 West 52nd Street. The full cast of tiara-crazed beauties includes Nick Cearley ('The Skivvies'), Frankie James Grande (Mamma Mia), Douglas Lyons(Beautiful), Alex Ringler (West Side Story), Marty Thomas (Xanadu), Seth Tucker (Our Kiki) and features Tony nominee Brad Oscar (The Producers; Big Fish) as the host. Award-winning composer Jeff Thomson made his debut at 54 Below with 'Go Where The Love Is' last week, January 20. The evening will highlight material from the upcoming musicals Pump Up the Volume, Trails, and Jawbreaker, as well as several yet-to-be-revealed projects. Rehearsals begin today and full casting is confirmed for PAGEANT - THE MUSICAL COMEDY BEAUTY CONTEST, which returns for the first time to the New York stage in more than twenty years. Coming up this week, 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond:

'Go Where the Love Is,' a star studded musical show with the music of Jeff Thomson will be performed at 54 Below on Monday, January 13th at 9:30 pm. The show is produced by Ashley Kate Addams, directed by Jen Bender with musical direction by Joshua Stephen Kartes.

It was announced today that four-time Tony Award nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning actress Tovah Feldshuh will return to host the seventh annual Broadway Beauty Pageant. Celebrity judges have also been announced. Andrea Martin (Pippin), Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), and Michael Urie (Buyer and Cellar) have been tapped to judge the event which will take place on Monday evening, May 20th, at 8:00p.m., at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (566 LaGuardia Place). Lisa Lambert, the Tony Award-winning lyricist of The Drowsy Chaperone, will write the opening number. The popular event is the annual benefit of New York's Ali Forney Center.

It was announced today that tickets for The Broadway Beauty Pageant go on-sale. The seventh annual beauty contest is set for Monday evening, May 20th, 8p.m., at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (60 Washington Square South). The popular event is the annual benefit of New York's Ali Forney Center.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.
