In addition to Guaraldi, Winston has been hard at work on interpreting some of his favorite artists' songs for solo piano-including the Doors, Frank Zappa, Randy Newman, Sam Cooke, Curtis Mayfield, Laura Nyro, Al Kooper, Dr. John, Taj Mahal, and Philip Aaberg-several of which he has prepared for solo concert dates.
