World Premiere of INHALE HARMONICA Opens 10/16
From the award winning director Pat Towne (Frank Zappa's JOE'S GARAGE, 2 LA Weekly Awards; GOREY STORIES, Ovation Award for Best Musical; EXORCISTIC, THE ROCK MUSICAL, Hollywood Fringe Award for Best Musical) and rising LA playwright Nathan Wellman (RYAN IS LOST, Hollywood Fringe Award for Best Writer; A BILLION TUESDAY MORNINGS, SCI-Fest Finalist) comes a Kentucky Family Drama about tradition, secrets, and what it means to be trapped by your home.
Long buried family secrets flare up within Isaiah Wilks' pious Kentucky family when a wealthy black man comes into town claiming a connection to one of the darkest nights in the family's history. New tragic secrets are born as Isaiah furiously fights to keep his family together, just like his Pappy did before him. And like HIS Pappy did before HIM. The line between love and suffocation blurs as the family scrambles to keep their daughter safe... and to keep her from leaving them.
