According to Deadline.com, Frank Langella is in talks to play Father Tucker in Grace of Monaco opposite Nicole Kidman in the title role of Princess Grace Kelly, as well as Tim Roth as Prince Rainier III. The film will be directed by Oliver Dahan, who helmed La Vie en Rose.

KC Rep's PIPPIN Opens 9/14

Kansas City Repertory Theatre opens its 48th season with the Tony Award-nominated musical Pippin, which features a score by Grammy-winner Stephen Schwartz and book by Roger O. Hirson. The Rep's artistic director Eric Rosen will direct the musical, which runs September 14-October 7 in Spencer Theatre.

Kansas City Repertory Theatre's artistic director Eric Rosen has cast Broadway musical veteran Wallace Smith as the Leading Player in the Rep's production of Pippin. Rosen will direct the musical, which runs September 14-October 7. Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark's Chase Brock will choreograph and Curtis Moore is musical director.

As a special homage to Theodore Mann, Circle in the Square's co-founder, artistic director, and co-producer who passed away on February 24th of this year, Circle in the Square Theatre School is inviting the theater-going public, the theater community and those who worked with him to share their remembrances of Mann and the over 175 productions that he with Jose Quintero, and later with Paul Libin brought to the stage.

For over twenty-five years, the late Bradshaw Smith (Founder & Executive Producer of "Broadway Beat" and Applause Video) was the theater world's preeminent videographer, capturing over 1,000 performances on Broadway, off-Broadway, in cabaret halls and beyond that now, because of him, live on today. Bradshaw Smith died on January 16, 2012, at age 57, following a sudden and severe stroke. To conclude the intimate memorial, Bradshaw's longtime friend and editor, Jonathan Frank, compiled the best of Bradshaw's work as a video artist. Sarandon, Coolidge to Lend Voices to HELL & BACK Animated Comedy

As first reported on Deadline.com, Susan Sarandon and Jennifer Coolidge are set to lend their voices to the upcoming stop-motion comedy HELL & BACK from ShadowMachine. The actors join previously announced cast members Nick Swardson, TJ Miller, Maria Bamford , Mila Kunis, Bob Odenkirk, and Rob Riggle.

It is the story of two friends - Miles and Jack - and their journey across the Santa Ynez wine country, on one last blowout trip before Jack gets married. Aurora Theatre ends its season with The Fox on the Fairway opening tonight, May 3, 2012. The play is written by Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) who 'hits a hole-in-one with his tribute to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s. Love and money are in the rough at the Quail Valley Country Club. Two rival country club owners waggle around mistaken identities and play through over-the-top romantic shenanigans in order to stay on the fairway and ace a happy ending. This uproarious golf comedy promises to hit the sweet spot.'
