The Shakespeare Theatre Company will host its 20th Annual Gala on Sunday, March 4, 2007, at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium (1301 Constitution Avenue NW).

Helen Hayes Award-winner Geraint Wyn Davies stars with Drama Desk Award-winning Broadway actress Pamela Payton-Wright in Richard III at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in D.C.

Geraint Wyn Davies - the Welsh-born actor who won the Helen Hayes Best Actor Award for his acclaimed performance as Cyrano at the Shakespeare Theatre Company - will return to the boards in the title role of Richard III in the Shakespeare Theatre Company's production, starting performances at company's Lansburgh Theatre from January 16 through March 18, 2007
