The Fleur du Cap Theatre Awards has been renamed the Cape Town Theatre Awards, marking a new chapter under a newly established NPO. CATS leads with 11 nominations among 65 eligible productions across 23 categories.
Troupe Theatre Company and Baxter Theatre will present ALBIE SACHS, FATHERS, SONS AND SOFT VENGEANCE, a one-person play starring Graham Hopkins, written by Gail Louw and directed by Fiona Ramsay.

The Opera Singer will play Theatre on the Square in Sandton from March 12 through March 26, 2026. The production previously played at Cape Town’s Baxter Theatre and stars Fiona Ramsay and Owain Rhys-Davies.
