The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is rocking into spring with 15 amazing concerts and shows in February and March.

Austin based R&B soul singer and songwriter Kelly Hafner is due to drop her debut studio album If it's Love on February 22nd, 2019! Her show-stopping voice and unmistakably improvisational style keep listeners hooked from start to finish.  Echoing the traditions of her soul forebears like Etta James, Lauryn Hill, Marvin Gaye, and Amy Winehouse, If it's Love tests the boundaries of neo-soul in a refreshing way while lyrically navigating the human experience through a young woman's eyes in the 21st century. Kelly has just released her first single 'If It's Love' off the new album on Friday, January 18th!

 BroadwayHD, the premier streaming service for live theater, is set to release the electrifying musical A Night with Janis Joplin to its platform on January 19th.   Starring Mary Bridget Davies, Broadway's original 'Janis' in her Tony Award® nominated performance, the show was filmed live during one of its final performances on October 4, 2018 at La Mirada Theatre for The Performing Arts in Los Angeles. The release of BroadwayHD's groundbreaking live-capture of the show will coincide with the anniversary of the rock icon's birthday, while ushering in the 50th anniversary celebration of Woodstock and her famed performance at the legendary concert.

BroadwayHD is about to rock 'n' roll! This new year will bring the 48th anniversary of Janis Joplin's untimely death and 50th anniversary celebration for Woodstock, so BroadwayHD is opening the new year by releasing A NIGHT WITH Janis Joplin starring the show's Tony-nominated star Mary Bridget Davies. The cast will also feature Aurianna Angelique, Ashley Támar Davis, Tawny Dolley, Paige McNamara and Jennifer Leigh Warren. This tribute to the iconic rock star will be released on what would have been her 76th birthday, January 19. 

Raue Center For The Arts is excited to welcome one of the world's great blues harmonica masters! Jazz and classical music will mingle on Raue Center's stage with Corky Siegel's Chamber Blues featuring Tracy Nelson at 8 p.m. on January 11, 2019.

The Sydney Opera House today announced a sensational new music event that will bring together some of the greatest songs ever written by women, performed by some of Australia's leading female artists. Taking its inspiration from Helen Reddy's legendary lyric, this brand new show is a musical tribute to female empowerment and plays for two nights only in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall on 13 and 14 December 2018. Tickets go on sale at 9am Tuesday 11 September 2018.

Smuin continues its 25th anniversary season with Dance Series 01, a dazzling program that pushes the boundaries of contemporary ballet. Acclaimed dancemaker Trey McIntyre returns to Smuin with Blue Until June, a thrilling tribute to Etta James. Continuing Smuin's long-time dedication to fostering new talent within the company is a trio of groundbreaking works first developed in Smuin's Choreography Showcase: Merely Players by Smuin dancer Nicole Haskins, Reflection by Smuin dancer Ben Needham-Wood, and Sinfonietta by former Smuin dancer Rex Wheeler. Dance Series 01 will also include Michael Smuin's timeless Schubert Scherzo, an effervescent dance set to Schubert's sprightly C-Major Symphony and The Eternal Idol, Michael Smuin's romantic pas de deux inspired by Auguste Rodin's iconic sculptures. Dance Series 01 will be presented February 1-2 at the Sunset Center in Carmel and February 21-24 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. Artists Series Concerts of Sarasota welcomes back acclaimed singers, songwriters and entertainers Will and Anthony Nunziata, performing "Soundtrack: The Music of Our Lives," a program created especially for Artist Series Concerts, on Sunday, December 2, 4:00 p.m., at the Sarasota Opera House, 61 N. Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 92-year-old Palace Theatre has received a full facelift of its 2,691-seat auditorium. The first major renovation for the Palace since 1984, the six-month, main-hall makeover included the repair of damaged plaster, new paint in a new color scheme, all-new seats on the main floor, full refurbishment of balcony seats, and installation of a new LED house lighting system in the dome and main chandelier. The first public performance in the fully renovated auditorium will be Grammy-nominated comedian Jim Gaffigan on Friday, November 2.

After yet another hugely successful year of the much-loved Arts Centre Melbourne Morning Melodies concerts, the 2019 program will dazzle audiences with a stellar line-up of musical theatre, opera, jazz and dance artists. This coming year, the feel-good one hour concerts held each month at Hamer Hall will celebrate our very own Australian performers, including Rhonda Burchmore, Rachael Beck, Michael Cormick and Rohan Browne.
