She's back! SHE ROCKS! THE WOMEN OF ROCK is better than ever filled with Vaughan's favorite songs by women.

Oklahoma husband / wife duo, The Imaginaries, Shane Henry (guitar, vocals) and Maggie McClure (keys, piano, vocals), recently finished recording their debut album, their first together as The Imaginaries, in famed Muscle Shoals, AL.  It serves as both an introduction to their music together and the beginning of their journey as a band after both singer songwriters have had their own successes as solo artists.  Maggie, with her subtly sweet vocals and piano style blends seamlessly with Shane's blues-rock grit to form their own unique blend of Americana music.  

Jazz at Sunset returns this summer with two new groups presented by 90.5 WICN Public Radio and the Theatre District Alliance. Dwight & Nicole performs on Friday, July 12 at 6:30 pm and Michael Dutra and the Strictly Sinatra Band performs on Friday, August 2 at 6:30 pm. The outdoor concerts are on sale now to WICN members and members of The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory and go on sale to the public on Tuesday, June 4 at 10 am.

 Giants of jazz and the next generation of stars highlight New Jersey Performing Arts Center's (NJPAC) spectacular jazz performances for the 2019-2020 season. This year will mark the eighth annual TD James Moody Jazz Festival which will consist of diverse performances from Nov. 9 - 24.

The Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical A Night With Janis Joplin rocks the Aronoff Center's Procter & Gamble Hall on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 7:30 PM. The much-anticipated show is part of the Cincinnati Arts Association's 2019-20 Season.

Kelly Finnigan, the lead singer of Bay Area-based indie-soul auteurs Monophonics, has just released his debut solo album, The Tales People Tell, via Colemine Records. Over the course of the album's 10 new, original songs, Kelly channels a multitude of influences that reflect a lifetime immersed in the music and culture of soul, R&B and hip-­hop. It's the story of an outsider that followed an unorthodox route, always guided by his own creative north star.

Ontario based singer-songwriter Cat Clyde has just debuted her new single, 'Bird Bone,' along with an animated video that takes the audience through a day in the life of a cartoon eagle as he soars through the swirling colors and shapes of a transcendent world. The bluesy folk tune gives you that good kind of nostalgia, it's heavy without weighing you down. “Bird Bone” is a follow up to her first two singles released this year, “All The Black” (which just passed half a million streams on Spotify) and “Anymore.” With a voice brimming with old soul and emotion, Cat finds inspiration in “embracing her own sadness and self-doubt and using it as fuel to become better.” Her intoxicating vocals and meaningful lyrics leave the listener endlessly wanting more.

Coastal Jazz & Blues Society announced today additional performances for the 34th annual TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival, taking place June 21 to July 1. The Festival lineup now includes headliner Herbie Hancock at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on June 29 as well as genre-bending performances from diverse, cutting-edge artists at Performance Works on Granville Island, Pyatt Hall (843 Seymour Street), and Frankie's Jazz Club (765 Beatty Street).
