Gregory Peck's grandson Ethan Peck (Ten Things I Hate About You), Florencia Lozano (One Life to Live, Red Dog Howls, Dirty Story), and OBIE-award winner Steven Rattazzi (The Venture Brothers) join soprano Jessica Gould,countertenor Jose Lemos, Grammy-nominated harpsichordist Jory Vinikour, and members of The Sebastians Chamber Orchestra to open the fifth season of Salon/Sanctuary Concerts with an expanded run of the critically acclaimed site-specific opera-theatre project, The Heirs of Tantalus: From the House of Atreus to the Palace of Nero.

After sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Toronto, NYC, and recently in Pakistan Dirty Paki Lingerie by Aizzah Fatima directed by Erica Gould returns to NYC at The Flea Theater for a three week run from July 31 through August 18.

Degage, Coupe, Glissade, Croise... These are not only Steps in Ballet, but also Techniques of the Blade. Pointwork can be done with a Rapier as well as a Point Shoe. Translating the choreography of the duel to the language of ballet, this Benefit Performance for Salon/Sanctuary Concerts will feature the world premiere of a fiery and intimate pas de deux created for Jared Angle and Megan LeCrone, as well as a live presentation of the historically-based, fiercely beautiful sword fight (performed by a male and female fighter), upon which the ballet is based.

Saturday night, November 19th, Melissa Errico made her long awaited return to solo concert-ing at the newly renovated (beautifully) Joe's Pub. The venue was packed with family, friends and fans who, pretty much, went wild when she walked up onto the stage. She was accompanied by an unbelieveably expert trio of musicians led by the legendary John Oddo. The evening's music program was extremely well chosen and beautifully performed and sung. Errico's patter, storytelling and anecdotal skills were also on show, in top form and wildly entertaining.
