In Broadway by Design, BroadwayWorld will be shining a spotlight on the stellar designs of this Broadway season, show by show. Today, we continue the series with Bradley King and Paloma Young, who acted as lighting and costume designers for Broadway's most immersive new show, NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812.

The new musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 just had a starry Broadway opening Monday night, at the Imperial Theatre. Featuring the Broadway debuts of 24 cast and creative team members, including Josh Groban as 'Pierre' and Denee Benton as 'Natasha,' the new musical is created by Dave Malloy (Ghost Quartet, Preludes) and directed by Rachel Chavkin (Hadestown, Artistic Director of The TEAM), also making their Broadway debuts. Liz Byrne ('Baby It's You') and Christopher Rice ('The Book of Mormon', Youtube's #TAPPY) will host a bevy or beloved Broadway performers for a fun-filled cabaret where they reveal the most ridiculous songs from their pasts and rock out to the most embarrassing songs in their iTunes! With lots of laughter and lots of love, these artists come together to raise money for the OneOrlando Fund to provide aid to the victims of the Pulse tragedy and their families.
