Cape Town City Ballet will present the South African premiere of Mthuthuzeli November’s Olivier Award-winning INGOMA as part of its Autumn Season from 19 May at Artscape. The performances in the Artscape Opera House will be strictly limited to 250 seats due to social distancing.

Danielle Teale Dance has announced significant grant from Arts Council England to expand the reach of its innovative Collective IDentity (CID) Project with dancers with Parkinson's throughout the UK.

She Loves You will have its world premiere in March 2022 at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, starring Danish singer and actress Maria Lucia (The Beauty and the Beast, The Sound of Music on stage and the Danish film dubbing of Disney's Frozen) leading a cast of 24 musical performers. This production with Danish dialogue and English-language songs, will transfer to the Musikhuset in Aarhus before launching a Scandinavian tour of Sweden, Norway and Iceland, with several worldwide productions still in the pipeline.

Audiences return to Sadler's Wells from 17 May and  seven productions are scheduled between May and the start of September. 

New York Theatre Ballet presents Between the Acts: Dance Preservation on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 12pm ET on Zoom. It’s December and Royal Ballet’s Nutcracker is back on stage, it’s almost like 2020 didn’t happen, and for two magical hours, that's how it will feel. Peter Wright’s beloved production has, of course, has the COVID treatment; choreography is amended to keep distance, some of the divertissements are cut and the party scene has been pruned of additional children but the magic moments are still very much intact. With the dancers of the company, eager to thrill a live audience for the first time since March (bar one-off galas), it makes for a deeply special occasion.
