Last night, a slew of Broadway favorites took part in Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom, featuring music by up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash. Bring It On's Adrienne Warren and Ryann Redmond, Once's Laura Dreyfuss and recording artist Grace Weber will round out the lineup for Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom on Monday, August 12th at 8PM. The concert will feature up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash performing new music that range from jazz to pop/rock to contemporary musical theatre.

Following the release of their sophomore album Kerrigan-Lowdermilk Live, Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk are going back to their roots with two live concerts tonight, July 25 at 6 & 9pm at the New York Musical Theatre Festival where they debuted their first musical.

Produced by Lina Renzina, directed by Brandon Ivie, with musical direction by Benjamin M. Rauhala, Moment by Moment is a collection of musical theatre short stories comprised of songs by Alexander Sage Oyen about love, cults and McDonalds.

Coming up this week, 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond. 54 Below also launched its series of late night events. Veteran film and theatre producer Sandy Stern, with Louis Hobson, Jake Groshong and Katie Tomlinson Diamond of Seattle's Balagan Theatre, will present a closed workshop performance today, July 12, of Jeff Thomson and Jeremy Desmon's new rock musical Pump up the Volume, directed by Tony Award and Drama Desk Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies,South Pacific) and Dave Solomon, with choreography by Christopher Gattelli and music direction by James Sampliner (Legally Blonde, The Wedding Singer).

Casting for MOTEL RASDELL: A New Musical was announced today. Broadway all stars head up the show: Emma Hunton (Rent, Next To Normal, Spring Awakening), Tim Young (Next To Normal), Sarah Litzsinger (Amour, Beauty & The Beast), Alena Watters (Sister Act, The Addams Family, West Side Story) and Jonathan Hadley (Jersey Boys, A Class Act).Other cast members include John Gardiner (National Tours of Jersey Boys, The Lion King), Emily McNamara (Newsical the Musical, My Big Gay Italian Wedding), RJ Woessner (ABC's One Life to Live, NBC's The Sing-Off) Ryan Powell, Sami Horneff, Jamie Cook, and Justin Liebergen.

'Exposed: Drew Overcash in Concert' will be presented tonight, June 30th at the Time Out Lounge at New World Stages.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. v

'Smash' star Krysta Rodriguez will lead an all-star group of Broadway talent who will perform as part of 'Made For Each Other: Broadway Meets Andrew McMahon,' tonight (Saturday, June 15th) at 54 Below.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director), in association with Jim Kierstead, as part of its acclaimed Developmental Reading Series, continues its summer schedule with the new musical Unexpected Joy, with Book & Lyrics by Bill Russell and Music by Janet Hood. Directed by Tony Award nominee Sheryl Kaller and with music direction by Jodie Moore, the four-member cast will feature Annie Golden, Emma Hunton, Capathia Jenkins and AnnMarie Milazzo.
