Lyric Theatre's Thelma Gaylord Academy will be hosting an open house for its 2010 fall classes on Friday, August 13th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Lyric Theatre production center located at 1801 NW 16th Street in Oklahoma City. The Thelma Gaylord Academy open house will be a great way for parents to meet the academy staff, ask questions, sign up for auditions, learn about the different classes offered during the fall semester as well as enroll.

In a series of scenes spanning 25 years, the two grow close and develop a unique friendship despite their mutual differences.

Lyric Theatre is set to hold auditions for its production of Sweeney Todd. They will be casting the following roles: Sweeny Todd, Anthony Hope, Johanna, Beggar Woman, Tobias Ragg, Judge Turpin, The Beadel, Pirelli, and Jonas Fogg. They are also looking for 5 Ensemble members/principal covers.
