Anderson East will continue his extensive “Encore World Tour” in 2019 with stops at Columbus' Newport Music Hall, Cleveland's House of Blues, Indianapolis' The Vogue, Louisville's Mercury Ballroom and Charlottesville's Jefferson Theatre among several others. Tuesday night comedies “The Kids Are Alright” and “Splitting Up Together” have been given full- season orders, Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment, announced today.

Myles Weber is a Comedian on a mission. He took first place at the 40th Annual San Francisco International Comedy Competition (past competitors include Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Sinbad, Ellen Degeneres, Louis CK, and Dane Cook), and was the second youngest to win the competition and one of only two comics to ever sweep the whole thing. He has also fared well in festivals, having been voted "Best of The Fest" at the Burbank and San Luis Obispo Comedy Festivals.

Today, USA Network revealed the 21 artists competing in its new music showcase series REAL COUNTRY and the prizing they will be vying for. An outstanding lineup of entertainers gathered in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall to salute Julia Louis-Dreyfus, recipient of the 21st annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on October 21, 2018. The Prize, which is named to honor one of the world's greatest humorists, was presented at a gala performance featuring some of the biggest names in comedy. The event was taped by WETA Washington, D.C. and will air nationally on PBS on November 19, 2018 at 9:00 p.m. ET.

CMT today revealed an all-star tribute to country legend and 2018 “Artist of a Lifetime” Award recipient, Loretta Lynn, featuring Sheryl Crow, Dierks Bentley and Martina McBride. The trio will perform LIVE from Nashville at the 9th annual “2018 CMT Artists of the Year” special on Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00pm ET/PT. Some of music's biggest stars are set to present at the event, including Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban, Smokey Robinson, singer-songwriter Elle King, Hillary Scott, Jimi Westbrook, Phillip Sweet, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, along with a special introduction by platinum-selling artist, Trisha Yearwood. They all join previously announced presenter Sissy Spacek.
