The Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards will be broadcast from Las Vegas for the first time on June 27th, 2010 over the CBS Television Network. 'It is with great pleasure that the Daytime Emmy Awards returns to the CBS Network,' said Herb Granath, Chairman, NATAS. 'The Daytime Emmy Awards are one of the cornerstones of our business and this year's Las Vegas-based broadcast promises to be even more exciting.'

As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, Charice will officially join GLEE, as she confirms on her official website, Filipino singer, Charice, will guest star in the second season of Fox's hit show, GLEE. Reports say that the 18 year old will play a foreign exchange student who will be rivals with Lea Michele's character Rachel Berry. Today, Funfare ran a Q&A with the newly annointed Gleek, in which she gushes about being 'Glee-ful' about her forthcoming role on the hit show. Karen Moss, Charice's agent recently confirmed 'She will have a recurring role. Multiple episodes.'
