BORDERLAND By Natalie Elizabeth Weiss Comes to Brooklyn

On Wednesday May 25th, the first person to ever put the words “female orgasm” in print will finally get her day in the sun. That person is Ida C. Craddock, a real-life 19th century sexologist who, in addition to her groundbreaking sex education work, was an avowed Spiritualist who claimed to be married to an angel. BORDERLAND is a pop opera that merges the harmonic tension of contemporary classical music, the delicious ring of musical theater voices and an other-worldly blend of electronics and texture.

REDCAT to Present BALDWIN AND BUCKLEY AT CAMBRIDGE

From March 3-5, 2022, Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater (REDCAT), CalArts’ center for contemporary arts in downtown Los Angeles, will present New York-based performance ensemble Elevator Repair Service with their powerful new adaptation, Baldwin and Buckley at Cambridge.

NYU Skirball today announced changes to its 2022 winter season due to concerns over COVID-19 surges. The Center's opening production of Elevator Repair Service's Seagull, which was scheduled to begin February 2, has been postponed and will now play July 7 – 31.
