Rehearsals are now underway for the Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) New York premiere of PRAYER FOR MY ENEMY, a new play by two-time Tony Award nominee, Pulitzer Prize finalist and two-time Obie Award winner Craig Lucas (Small Tragedy at Playwrights Horizons, The Light in the Piazza, Prelude to a Kiss, Reckless, The Dying Gaul).

Actors, musicians and television personalities arrived on the red carpet for the Condé Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards on Wednesday, October 15. The luxury travel magazine, which is published by Condé Nast Publications, hosted the event which honored 'The Best of the Best' in the world of travel. Held at the New York Public Library at 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue in New York City, the celebration was hosted by actress Jane Krakowski ('Ally McBeal,' '30 Rock').

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) has announced additional casting and details for the third production of its 2008/2009 Season, the New York premiere of PRAYER FOR MY ENEMY, a new play by two-time Tony Award nominee, two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist and two-time Obie Award winner Craig Lucas (Small Tragedy at Playwrights Horizons, The Light in the Piazza, Prelude to a Kiss, Reckless, The Dying Gaul). PRAYER FOR MY ENEMY is the first of two plays by Mr. Lucas that will receive their New York premiere this season.
Papermill Playhouse Announces New Children's Theatre Series

Perfect for age's four to fourteen, the Paper Mill Playhouse Children's Theatre Series has partnered with the best and brightest theatre companies to bring charming, whimsical, and educational performances filled with audience participation and adventure. Inspired by the most famous mime artists of all time, including Charlie Chaplin, Marcel Marceau and Engibaro, Slava has dedicated his life since the age of 17 to re-claiming and re-establishing the art and craft of the true clown. After founding his own theater company 'Litsedei' in 1979, Slava has taken clowning out of the circus and into the streets, and from there to the major theaters around the world. Since its debut in 1993, the show has traveled to over 25 countries, performing to more than 2.5 million patrons in 80 cities including London, Toronto, Paris, Rome, Lisbon, and Berlin
