Norm Lewis is set to star as 'Captain Richard Davenport' in a new North American tour of Roundabout's 2020 production of A Soldier's Play!

The Carole King Musical will return to the Paramount Theatre for three performances only – on Friday, April 8 (8pm) and Saturday, April 9 (2pm and 8pm). The two previously scheduled performances on Sunday, April 10 (1pm and 6:30 pm) have been cancelled due to the limited availability of transportation to ship the set to the tour’s next engagement.

Aaron Tveit and Natlie Mendoza appeared on The View this morning to perform 'Your Song' from Moulin Rouge! The Musical. Originally by Elton John, the song is one of the many popular songs covered in the musical. Moulin Rouge! The Musical is the winner of ten 2021 Tony Awards including Best Musical and Best Actor for Tveit.

The North American Touring Company of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Moulin Rouge! The Musical is now in rehearsal at Open Jar Studios. The show premieres March 19th in Chicago at the James M. Nederlander Theatre.

The curtain was raised last night for the opening night of one of the most anticipated musicals in recent Broadway history: MJ. The cast, including 12 Broadway debuts, took their first opening night bows at the Neil Simon Theatre. Newcomer Myles Frost, of Washington, D.C., made his Broadway debut as Michael Jackson and received multiple standing ovations. The North American tour will welcome Toledo native Sara Sheperd (Carole King), James D. Gish (Gerry Goffin), Sara King (Cynthia Weil), Ryan Farnsworth (Barry Mann), Matt Loehr (Don Kirshner), and Rachel Coloff (Genie Klein) to the company.

Tony Award nominee Robyn Hurder will play her final performance as Nini in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. Jessica Lee Goldyn begins performances in the role starting Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

Cast members from MJ the Musical performed a rendition of 'Thriller' complete with choreography, outside of the Neil Simon Theatre this weekend. The cast danced to honor cast members of Slave Play, which played its final performance on Sunday, January 23.

Aaron Tveit took the stage at Moulin Rouge to give a speech honoring the cast members who were leaving the show, including Travis Ward-Osborne, Sam J. Cahn, Reed Luplau, and of course, Danny Burstein.
