Rehearsals began today for the Broadway premiere of A BRONX TALE THE MUSICAL, the new musical featuring a book by Academy Award nominee Chazz Palminteri, music by Oscar, Grammy, and Tony Award winner Alan Menken, and lyrics by Grammy Award winner and Oscar and Tony Award nominee Glenn Slater, co-directed by two-time Oscar winner Robert De Niro and four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks, with choreography by Tony nominee Sergio Trujillo. The show is produced by Tommy Mottola, the Dodgers, and Tribeca Productions.

The Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.) Benefit titled Sondheim 5, took place June 18th at Beverly Hills' beautiful Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in benefit of AIDS Project Los Angeles. The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced today that 'Jeopardy!' game show icon, Alex Trebek and Florence Henderson, stage and television star of 'Oklahoma' and 'The Brady Bunch,' will host the Daytime Creative Arts Emmy® Awards today, April 24, 2015. The reception and presentation will take place at the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles beginning at 5:30 p.m.
