Please send a letter of application specifying the show you are interested in directing, and give a general outline of your concept of the show for our space at The Barn Players. Please include a resume highlighting your past directing experience. Deadline for application is July 15th, 2010. Interviews will take place the last two weekends in July. 'SHOUT! The Mod Musical' will be staged at Diamond Head Theatre from March 19 to April 4, 2010.

The Covedale Center for the Performing Arts, 4990 Glenway Avenue, continues to grow as the region's most exciting theatrical venue. The Covedale has been converted from a 1947 movie house to a live theatre, featuring the best in local performers and performances.

'SHOUT! The Mod Musical' will be staged at Diamond Head Theatre from March 19 to April 4, 2010.

Hosted by The Central Heating Lab at ACT, the RAWSTOCK Summer Film Festival includes an all-star lineup of independent Seattle filmmaker premieres. David Lowery's evocative and sublime feature film, St.Nick, is a 70-minute tone poem that evokes Malick in its bittersweet chronicle of a runaway brother and sister and their symbiotic relationship. This feature length Seattle premiere is preceded by a program of all new shorts from cutting-edge local filmmakers, including Shawn Telford and Jason Reid. Directors David Lowery, Shawn Telford, and Calvin Reeder will be in attendance for a pre-screening Q&A.

Theatre World Award-winner Mary Birdsong ('Reno 911!'), 'American Idol' and Broadway star Diana DeGarmo, West End musical actor and 'American idol' contestant Tom Lowe, and musical and film actress Tressa Thomas have been cast in 'Back to Bacharach and David,' the Off-Broadway hit having a 23-performance limited engagement, April 15 to May 17 (press opening April 19) at The Music Box @ Fonda, 6126 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood.
