Woodie King Jr.'s New Federal Theatre to Begin EVERY DAY A VISITOR Tomorrow

Woodie King Jr's New Federal Theatre announces the cast for the second play of its ambitious 44th season, Richard Abrons' Every Day A Visitor,which will begin performances Saturday November 2nd at The Clurman Theater (at Theater Row) and continuing through December 14th. Opening Night is set for Thursday November 14th.

Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) (Jed Bernstein, Producing Director) has announced the complete casting of their fall production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. Broadway's Kevin Cahoon as Dr. Frank-n-Furter will join the previously announced Nick Adams as Rocky, Nick Cearley as Brad, Jennifer Cody as Columbia, Alyssa DiPalma as Magenta, Jeremy Kushnier as Riff Raff, Lauren Molina as Janet, Steve Rosen as Dr. Scott/Eddie/Narrator, and a chorus of Phantoms comprising of Bucks County area locals including Sarah DeNight, Annabelle Garcia, Alex Kryger and Erica Nicole Rothman. The newest musical to grace the stage at Bucks County Playhouse is SUMMER OF '42. This musical is based on the novel and 1971 film of the same name. Herman Raucher wrote the novel and screenplay. Hunter Foster (URINETOWN, HANDS ON A HARBODY) wrote the book for this musical and David Kirshenbaum wrote the music and lyrics. Foster also directs this production. SUMMER OF '42 is a coming of age story that reminds audiences about the innocence of youth. SUMMER OF '42 is a heartfelt story, and Bucks County Playhouse's production of this show is full of heart, humor, and heartbreak.

This realization is the focus of Mark Snyder's new play As Wide As I Can See, now playing at the HERE Arts Center. With a fascinating setting full of conflict and juxtaposition and strong performances, the play is on the right track but needs some work before it can reach its fullest potential.
