This year's DANCERS LOVE DOGS will take place at the Artscape Opera House at 19:30 on 1 November, aiding the mass sterilisation of animals in crisis. The hilarious comedian Alan Committie will once again open the show, which is an annual highlight on the Western Cape's dance calendar.

Amee Lekas's DIE DANS VAN DIE WATERMEID, which means 'the dance of the water maiden,' which only existed on paper at the first editions of Kunste Onbeperk's script market, Teksmark, in Cape Town last year, will soon come to life as a fully-fledged production at the Baxter Theatre Centre.
