New York's smash hit musical Here Lies Love, which continues its open-end engagement at the Public Theater and is traveling across the pond this month with a London production opening at the Dorfman Theatre, is now set to go Down Under with an Australian production set to premiere in May 2015.

Todomundo! is set to release The Remix Collection from Here Lies Love, featuring reimaginings of the music from David Byrne and Fatboy Slim's off-Broadway hit, on September 30, preorder it today here. A collection of 14 tracks remixed by Matt Stine and Justin Levine, all proceeds will be donated to Gawad Kalinga, a charity dedicated to typhoon relief and ending poverty in the Philippines for 5 million families by 2024. GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University announces the launch of its first Ensemble-in-Residence program, a collaboration between the Department of Music and the Vail Series. The Ensemble-in-Residence program will engage the entire campus and the greater community in an exploration of music and other academic disciplines. The program will host the renowned string quartet ETHEL for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Here Lies Love, the smash hit off-Broadway musical at The Public Theater, played a critically raved-about, sold-out run last year at the same space, which was extended by popular demand four times. This season, celebrated mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato curates a multi-part Carnegie Hall Perspectives series that showcases her vocal creativity and multifaceted talents, ranging from programs that include familiar and forgotten repertoire from the Baroque and bel canto eras to works by Jake Heggie written expressly for her. Her series kicks off on Sunday, October 26 at 2:00 p.m. as she sings the title role in a concert performance of Handel's Alcina alongside Harry Bicket and The English Concert.

Violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter--widely recognized as a champion of new music as well as for her commitment to artistic excellence, dedication to the growth of classical music, and for her support of young artists--presents a six-concert Carnegie Hall Perspectives series throughout the 2014-2015 season, demonstrating all of her core artistic interests. Ms. Mutter champions 20th- and 21st-century violin repertoire throughout her series, including contemporary works written for her by Sebastian Currier, Norbert Moret, and Andre Previn.

David Byrne and Fatboy Slim's' smash hit musical, Here Lies Love, directed by Alex Timbers begins Friday late night performances on Friday, September 12 at 10:30 p.m. at the Public Theater's LuEsther Hall (425 Lafayette Street, NYC). In addition to the late night performances, there will also be 7:00 p.m. performances on Fridays. This replaces the current Summer Friday schedule of 5:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. performances which play until Friday, September 5.

Here Lies Love, the David Byrne/Fatboy Slim musical at the Public Theatre played host to a very special guest over the weekend. Travelling from Washington, DC, Jose L. Cuisia, Philippine Ambassador to the U.S. and his wife, Maria Victoria caught the hit show about the life and times of Imelda Marcos and raved about it to the cast backstage after the performance.
