Vintage Theatre presents "The Kentucky Cycle" September 8* through October 21 at Vintage Theatre, 1468 Dayton St., Aurora 80010. Performances for Part 1 are Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. and Monday, Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. Performances for Part 2 are Saturdays and Sundays and Tuesday Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $16 - $32 and available online at www.vintagetheatre.org or by calling 303-856-7830. After beginning in Westminster, they made their home in the quaint 70 seat theatre in the West Colfax E-vents Center located in the heart of Lakewood and in 2008 made the move to Old Towne Lowry to the John Hand Theater in Colorado Free University.

During the war, Joe Keller and Herbert Deever ran a machine shop which made airplane parts. Deever was sent to prison because the firm turned out defective parts, causing the deaths of many men. Keller went free and made a lot of money. George Deever returns from the war to find his father in prison and his father's partner free, are all set in a structure of almost unbearable power.
