Law & Order: SVU returns to NBC on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 with a special 2 hour season premiere. To welcome the show back, we're excited to present a new interview with Mariksa Hargitay.

NBC today announced that Paget Brewster will guest-star in a special two-hour season premiere of LAW & ORDER: SVU.

This year the "Julie Harris Award for Lifetime Achievement" was presented to Jason Alexander, "A man worthy of the tribute for both his illustrious career and for his support of The Fund over the years," said The Fund's President and CEO, Joe Benincasa. See below for photos from the event!

TV Guide is reporting that Rosie Perez has been added to an already starry list of guest stars for the return of Law & Order: SVU, which begins its season on September 23. Previously announced was the news that Eric McCormack, Jessica Walter and Stephen Rea will guest-star in the new season of Law & Order: SVU. The theatre performers will join Christine Lahti, who was previously announced to be joining the show as a new Assistant District Attourney.
