The San Francisco North Bay's Marquee Theater Journalists Association has annouced the recipients of the 2020 MTJA Awards program.

Novato Theater Company sets the stage for its live-streamed Halloween Fundraiser, FRIGHT NIGHT- An Evening of Magic, Music and Mayhem. Hosted by our own Voldemorticia (She Who Must Not Be Maimed) featuring two award winning magicians, horror-themed songs by NTC stars, and online auction.

Despite a severely truncated theater season, the San Francisco North Bay-based Marquee Theater Journalists Association has decide to move forward with its 2020 awards program and has released its list of nominees for the 5th Annual MTJA Awards.

In celebration of 100 years as a community theater, the Novato Theater Company is Sharing The Spotlight with performers from across the Bay Area, in an on-line, live streamed fundraiser and auction on Saturday. San Francisco North Bay theater artists gathered Monday night at 3 Disciples Brewing in downtown Santa Rosa for the Fourth Annual Marquee Theater Journalists Association Awards. Eighteen awards were given to local theatre artists and productions whose nominations were culled from the sixty-eight Sonoma County productions attended by members from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019.

The San Francisco North Bay's Marquee Theater Journalists Association has released the list of nominees for its 4th Annual MTJA Awards. The Association recognized the exemplary work of Sonoma County theater artists with nominations in eighteen categories that were culled from the sixty-eight productions attended by MTJA members. Recipients will be announced at the 2019 MTJA Awards - A Celebration of Sonoma County Theater which will be held October 14th at 3 Disciples Brewing in downtown Santa Rosa.

The San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle (SFBATCC) held its 43rd Annual Excellence in Theatre Awards Gala on Monday, March 25th at San Francisco's historic Victoria Theatre. Over 300 members of the community gathered as 67 production awards for theatre produced in 2018 and four Special Awards were presented. The evening was hosted by Daniela Innocenti Beem and David Templeton with musical entertainment provided by The Lost Trio.
