Grab your guy or gal and get set for a night that's fun, flirtatious and all about the tease! A five-alarm fire is sizzling with the iconic musical Burlesque To Broadway starring the incomparable Quinn Lemley, her showgirl divas and an intoxicating live big band led by Daniel Lincoln (Nat'l Tour: Midtown Men) straight from New York City. Complete with sequins, feathers and fans, Quinn and her girls sing and dance up a storm as they bridge the worlds of burlesque, Broadway and beyond.
Created by award winning composer Bobby Cronin, INSPIRED is a benefit concert series for animal rescue organizations across the country, with a rotating line-up of some of today's exciting musical theatre writers in a casual and intimate setting as they sit behind the piano and, unlike traditional concerts of their material, perform songs by other writers that have inspired their work. The high-octane theatrical concert, "Burlesque to Broadway" starring Quinn Lemley will dazzle audiences at New York City's premiere venue The Cutting Room (44 E 32nd Street between Park and Madison) every Monday night in November. This lightning-in-a-bottle survey of American burlesque -- with Lemley leading a tight-knit coterie of showgirls through heart-racing choreography, in eye-popping costumes -- is supported by a razor-sharp nine-piece live band under the music direction of Daniel Lincoln. Performances are November (3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th) at 8pm with doors at 6:30pm.
