Lauren Elder, Bobby Cronin, Alexander Sage Oyen & More Set for INSPIRED 6
INSPIRED is a benefit concert series for animal rescue organizations across the country, with a rotating line-up of some of today's exciting musical theatre writers in a casual and intimate setting as they sit behind the piano and, unlike traditional concerts of their material, perform songs by other writers that have inspired their work.
Created and hosted by award winning composer Bobby Cronin, the INSPIRED series hopes to spread the word about the 2.7 million adoptable animals that are euthanized each year in America. Now in it's second year, the series has raised funds for 10 shelters in the US (and recently in London!) and given voice to over 30 musical theatre writers.
The series continues with INSPIRED 6 on February 23rd, 7pm, at The Laurie Beechman Theatre 407 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036.
