Alexander 'Sandy' Marshall / Close Quarter Productions (Network) and The Peccadillo Theater Company have announced that their production of SIDEWAYS, the New York premiere of Rex Pickett's stage adaptation of his acclaimed novel (the inspiration for the Academy Award-winning film of the same name), directed by The Peccadillo's OBIE-Award winning artistic director Dan Wackerman, has extended its limited engagement. Originally scheduled to be performed through April 12, SIDEWAYS will now run through Sunday, May 24 at Theatre at St. Clement's (423 West 46th Street, btw. Ninth & Tenth Aves).

Multiple award-winning Sideways author, Rex Pickett, has formed a joint venture with EFG-Renascence Productions to develop a Broadway musical based on his hit film, as well as utilize the intellectual property across multiple media platforms and brand extensions, it was jointly announced today by EFG-Renascence founder, Solomon J. LeFlore (Straight Outta Compton, Bringing It Home with Laura McIntosh on PBS), and his partner Susan Gee.  Released in 2004, the Alexander Payne-directed Sideways garnered over 350 awards, including the Academy Award for 'Best Adapted Screenplay', two Golden Globes for 'Best Picture' and 'Best Screenplay', and a record six Independent Spirit Awards, and has grossed over $500 million worldwide. 

Meadow Brook Theatre's 2019-2020 season has something for everyone with comedies, musicals, a drama and even a whodunit. ZERO HOUR, Jim Brochu's acclaimed play about the life of theatre legend Zero Mostel, returns to its original home, opened last night, Wednesday June 14th, at the Theatre at Saint Clement's (423 West 46th Street, between Ninth & Tenth Avenues) for a limited engagement through July 9th only.
