This new musical, In My Body, features lyrics by Michael Biello and music by Dan Martin with a book by Lis Kalogris, Kate Cipriano, and Melissa Hays. Through song and spoken word, movement and photography, In My Body reveals true-life physical and emotional body stories and challenges us to embrace who we are and open our hearts to others.
In My Body, a world-premiere musical nearly ten years in the making opening this November at Philadelphia's Prince Theater, is described by it's creators as groaning, bitching, laughing, exploring, and revealing truths through song, spoken word, movement, and art. Audiences will experience thisintimate piece first-hand when it opens on November 9 for a strictly limited engagement of six performances through November 13. The cast includes Katie Zaffrann, Donnie Hammond, April Woodall, Austin Ku, and Michael Indeglio.
