FXP (FX Productions) has closed an overall production deal with Fargo Producer John Cameron, it was announced today by Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, Presidents of Original Programming, FX Networks and FX Productions. In addition to his deal with FXP, Cameron is joining forces with Fargo Executive Producer/Showrunner Noah Hawley to become a partner in Hawley's production company 26 Keys.

St. Ann's Warehouse will present the American Premiere of Kate Tempest's Brand New Ancients, which garnered considerable critical acclaim and the prestigious Herald Angel Award at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Tempest is also the first winner under 40 of the TEd Hughes Poetry Award. Brand New Ancients, which will run from today, January 10 - 19, continues the St Ann's Warehouse tradition of introducing American audiences to exceptional theater artists and companies from across the pond, including Kneehigh, Enda Walsh, Stephen Hoggett, John Tiffany, and Daniel Kitson, who first recommended Tempest to St. Ann's Artistic Director, Susan Feldman. A co-production with Battersea Arts Centre on Tour, Brand New Ancients will run for eight performances at St. Ann's Warehouse in DUMBO (29 Jay Street, Brooklyn).

According to Deadline, the network has ordered Sutter's latest project Imagine TV's Brian Grazer, THE BASTARD EXECUTIONER, to pilot. 'EXECUTIONER' 'tells the story of a warrior knight in King Edward III's charge who is broken by the ravages of war and vows to lay down his sword. But when that violence finds him again he is forced to pick up the bloodiest sword of all.'

FX has ordered TYRANT, from HOMELAND co-creators Howard Gordon and Gideon Raff and Craig Wright to series, according to Deadline. TYRANT's first season has been given a 10-episode order, which is set to debut next summer.

FX Productions (FXP) has closed a first-look TV deal with Sacha Baron Cohen's production company, Four By Two, and FXX has ordered Ali G: Rezurection to begin airing in early 2014. Ali G: Rezurection includes every episode of Da Ali G Show with new, original introductions starring Baron Cohen, along with the BAFTA Award winning English episodes of Da Ali G Show that never aired on American television and The Best of Ali G. FX has gotten decidedly more biased, taking its late night comedy series Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell from weekly to a five-night a week late night strip this Fall with the launch of FXX.
