HISTORY announced today that the new season of the U.S. version of Top Gear is beginning production. The second season of the critically-acclaimed and popular series broke into the millionaire's club with 1.1 million Adults 25-54 and 18-49 (+30 and +22 vs. S1, respectively) and is the youngest skewing series on HISTORY. Season Two was seen by nearly 60 million viewers. Top Gear is hosted by comedian Adam Ferrara, champion race car driver Tanner Foust and racing analyst Rutledge Wood.

Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX), Syco Television and FremantleMedia North America today announced Chevrolet as the official automotive sponsor of THE X FACTOR, the award-winning international phenomenon created and executive-produced by Simon Cowell that makes its highly anticipated stateside debut in fall 2011 on FOX.

'The 2011 Billboard Music Awards' show aired live Sunday, May 22nd (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The awards show took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in partnership with Chevrolet and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). This was the first year that ABC broadcast the event and marks the first Billboard Music Awards show since 2007.

HISTORY(TM) today announced that a U.S. version of Top Gear, the award-winning BBC series will begin production today. The 10-episode series is being made by BBC Worldwide Productions and showcases an offbeat celebration of automobiles and driving. Premiering fall 2010 on HISTORY, the show will be hosted by comedian Adam Ferrara, champion rally and drift racer Tanner Foust and racing analyst Rutledge Wood.
