Hotsy Totsy Burlesque Presents GAME OF TASSELS, 7/17

Cherry Pitz and Joe the Shark will present Hotsy Totsy Burlesque, New York's only episodic, monthly burlesque show. Featuring a different script each month and a rotating cast, Hotsy Totsy is a high camp soap opera featuring some of the best burlesque talent New York has to offer. This month's cast includes Handsome Brad, Matt Knife, Aisha, Ruby Solitare, Bambi Galore, Corvette Le Face, Sasha FireGypsy, Stella Chuuu and Vada James.

In the Mythical land of Westeros, seven noble families fight for the Iron Throne. There are tales of horrors in the North, and rumors that the Dragons live again, but in the Home For Wayward Maids and Fallen Wenches there is a simple girl with mysteriously pink hair. King Joffrey believes that she is a threat to be dealt with either through marriage or through death. And Cherry Pitz is about to discover with great power comes pig crap… lots and lots of pig crap.

Every third Tuesday of the month, you are invited to the basement of The Home For Wayward Girls and Fallen Women. The residents of the home need money to keep their hotel open and to buy G-strings and glitter. Sadly, the shows have had their technical difficulties and in the past they have had to combat, zombies, gangsters, human-animal hybrids, intergalactic space travelers, televangelists, snake oil salesmen and Sarah Palin. But the girls feel certain that 2012 will be a much smoother year, but even if it isn't they promise you: beautiful, clothing-averse women, lots of laughs, spinning tassels, and flying underpants.
