Theatre In The Heights presents Clue: On Stage, adapted by David Abbinanti, and adapted for the stage by Jonathan Lynn, Hunter Foster, Eric Price, Sandy Rustin Directed by Blake Flores.

Kentwood Players will hold open auditions for CLUE, a murder mystery comedy adapted from the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn, written by Sandy Rustin with additional material by Hunter Foster and Eric Price based on the Paramount Pictures Motion Picture, based on the Hasbro board game Clue.

Just after midnight, the famous train is stopped in its tracks by a snowdrift. When the isolated passengers discover a person stabbed to death they quickly become suspects as the one and only detective Hercule Poirot strives to identify the killer before the murderer strikes again. 

Today the two are coming together to support communities across Western Kentucky that were ravaged on December 11 by one of the deadliest tornado events in the state’s history. SAS: Rogue Heroes is developed for television and written by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, Taboo, A Christmas Carol) and will be directed by Tom Shankland (The Serpent, The Missing), with Stephen Smallwood (The Serpent, Patrick Melrose) as producer. The series stars Connor Swindells, Jack O'Connell, Alfie Allen, Tom Glynn-Carney, and more.

Last night, in celebration of Veterans Day, historian John Monsky brought his groundbreaking American History Unbound series to Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage with The Eyes of the World: From D-Day to VE Day.

Silhouettes of Service, a play created and performed by Gregory DeCandia, Artistic Director of DreamWrights Center for Community Arts, will be produced at DreamWrights for one night only on Veteran’s Day, November 11th. It was created from interviews with soldiers from World War II through the present.

Returning to lead the cast are Shereen Ahmed as Eliza Doolittle, Laird Mackintosh as Professor Henry Higgins, Leslie Alexander as Mrs. Higgins, Adam Grupper as Alfred P. Doolittle, Kevin Pariseau as Colonel Pickering, Gayton Scott as Mrs. Pearce, and Sam Simahk as Freddy Eynsford-Hill.

There's a brief appearance by a group of protest sign carrying suffragettes during a street scene in this Lincoln Center 2018 revival of Lerner and Loewe's classic musical My Fair Lady, and it may be the only bridge between this distinctly old-fashioned early 20th century Edwardian perspective and today's post-feminist world. This revival, nominated for 10 Tony Awards and directed by award winning director Bartlett Sher is a beautiful looking opportunity to experience one of musical theatre's greatest chestnuts.

The Braintree High School Theatre Guild will perform the play Sense and Sensibility, a recent adaptation of Jane Austen's novel by Kate Hamill. Performances will take place on November 5th at 8:00 PM, November 6 at 2:00 PM, November 6th at 8:00 PM, and November 7th at 2:00 PM in the Grabosky Auditorium at Braintree High School.
