STAGE TUBE: Christopher Guilmet, Pamela Brumley and More in MY FAIR LADY at STAGES St. Louis

Hailed as one of the greatest musicals of all time, My Fair Lady (now through October 6) is the perfect grand finale to the STAGES ST. LOUIS record-breaking 27th season. Photo Flash: First Look at Lifeline Theatre's THE KILLER ANGELS

Commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg, Lifeline Theatre presents Karen Tarjan's adaptation of Michael Shaara's Pulitzer Prize-winning Civil War novel, The Killer Angels (originally commissioned by Lifeline in 2004). The production will be directed by Matt Miller, who joins Lifeline Theatre as a director for the first time. ?A cast of ten actors brings over twenty historical characters to life, led by returning artist Don Benderas General Robert E. Lee, along with Lifeline Theatre ensemble member Chris Hainsworth. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

El Capitan Theatre to Screen Disney's THE JUNGLE BOOK, 9/12

For ONE NIGHT ONLY on Thursday, September 12, 2013, Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre celebrates "Throwback Thursday" and will be showing "The Jungle Book," the 19th animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series. Originally released on October 18, 1967, "The Jungle Book" is the story about the feral child Mowgli from the book of the same name by Rudyard Kipling. Directed by Wolfgang Reitherman it was the last animated feature to be produced by Walt Disney, who died during its production.

Mike Nussbaum, Catherine Combs & More to Lead SMOKEFALL at Goodman Theatre; Full Cast Announced

Acclaimed playwright and screenwriter Noah Haidle returns to Chicago with his newest work, Smokefall, which examines life's big questions through the prism of an ordinary family. Hailed by The New Yorker as "formidably talented, with a sort of freewheeling intuitive daring," the Michigan native playwright most recently wrote the 2012 film Stand Up Guys (starring Alan Arkin, Christopher Walken and Al Pacino) and previously authored Mr. Marmalade, Vigils (at the Goodman in 2006) and Persephone for the stage. Director Anne Kauffman, in her Goodman debut, assembles an ensemble cast for the Goodman production, including legendary Chicago actor Mike Nussbaum (Henry VIII at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre) as the Colonel; Catherine Combs (The Delling Shore at Actors Theatre of Louisville Humana Festival) in the roles of Beauty and Blessing; Katherine Keberlein (Boeing, Boeing at Drury Lane Oakbrook) as Violet; Guy Massey (Failure: A Love Story at Victory Gardens Theater) as Footnote and Fetus Two; and Eric Slater (Gloryana at New York City's Public Theater) as Daniel and Fetus One.
